• We give much thought to the selection and suitability for applicants to get the best tenant available. We specialise in attracting professional lets to get low risk tenants.

• Our management service includes rent collection and arrears chasing when necessary and statutory compliance matters and re letting when a tenant vacates.

• At the start of the tenancy we will prepare an inventory that will list the quality of each room and note the condition of carpets and decorations etc and not any furniture that may present. This is then used at the end of tenancy to assess if any deductions should be made from the bond, subject to current deposit regulations.

• We will at the end of each month or quarter send you a clear statement showing all income and expenditure.
